Meltdown and Spectre

Much has been written in the press about the two recent vulnerabilities named Meltdown and Spectre

Meltdown does not affect the CPUs in our field devices, and it seems that the impact from Spectre is going to be limited as well, since we do not run arbitrary source, and we do not run any JIT compiled code. The devices will still be patched on our normal schedule.

We have patched our server infracstructure against Meltdown and Spectre, and we expect more patches to be upcoming during the next few weeks, as mitigations continue to evolve.
