Release v3.22

Winter release of 2021.

The development cycle has been in part about enabling new features for various modbus devices, and a major overhaul of the Thermia Modbus registers to support firmware 10.x.

On the list of invisible features, we have done a thorough re-working of our database backup and restore procedures and automation, as well as a major refresh of the on-device firmware.
